F. toteaa, että koskemattomuuden pidättämistä koskevassa pyynnössään Vercellin yleisen tuomioistuimen apulaissyyttäjä myöntää, että ei ole selvää, pitäisikö tätä parlamentin erioikeutta soveltaa myös tapauksissa, joissa parlamentin jäsenen väitetään olevan rikoksen uhri; toteaa, että tästä huolimatta hän päättelee, että Italian lainsäädännön paras tulkinta on, että tätä erioikeutta olisi sovellettava parlamentin jäseniin riippumatta heidän asemastaan oikeudenkäynnissä; toteaa, että hän ei kuitenkaan esitä mitään kansallisen lainsäädännön oikeustapauksia päätelmänsä tueksi;

The European Parliament, – having regard to the request for authorisation to acquire data from telephone companies relating to telephone traffic of a number used by Gianluca Buonanno, forwarded on 20 November 2015 by the Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Ordinary Court of Vercelli, Italy, and announced in plenary on 14 December 2015, in connection with criminal proceedings initiated before the Ordinary Court of Vercelli on behalf of Gianluca Buonanno in relation to telephone threats he claims to have received from an unknown caller on his mobile telephone number on 14 April 2015 (Ref.
– ottaa huomioon pyynnön saada lupa hankkia puhelinyhtiöiltä tiedot Euroopan parlamentin jäsenen Gianluca Buonannon käyttämän matkapuhelinliittymän puhelinliikenteestä; toteaa, että pyynnön toimitti 20. marraskuuta 2015 Vercellin yleisen tuomioistuimen apulaissyyttäjä ja että siitä ilmoitettiin täysistunnossa 14. joulukuuta 2015; toteaa, että asia liittyy rikosoikeudelliseen menettelyyn, jonka Gianluca Buonanno on pannut vireille Vercellin yleisessä tuomioistuimessa, ja se koskee uhkauksia, joita hän väittää saaneensa matkapuhelinnumeroonsa tuntemattomalta soittajalta 14. huhtikuuta 2015 (viite nro 2890/15, R.G.N.R. mod.
