With regard to the facts in the present case, on 29 January 2009, two judges from Sentence Enforcement Courts Nos. 1 and 2 in the municipality of Simón Bolívar, went to the main street entrance of the company MMC AUTOMOTRIZ S.A., located in the Los Montones industrial zone in the city of Barcelona, in order to execute innominate protective measures on the grounds of two actions for constitutional amparo, which had been initiated by attorneys Reynal José Pérez and José Miguel Medina Yegres, acting as legal representatives of the above-mentioned company, against the MMC Automotriz (SINGETRAM) Workers' Union, and which had been granted by Civil, Commercial, Agrarian and Transit Courts of First Instance Nos. 1 and 4 of the State of Anzoátegui.
