If the application and attached documentation have shortcomings which do not constitute grounds for rejecting registration, the Ministry of the Interior shall send the proxy, within 15 days from the commencement of the proceedings, a written notification stating all the shortcomings, calling for corrections within a certain time limit and instructing that failure to do so will result in staying the proceedings.
