La sección 3 de la Ley de Represión de la Prostitución dispone que toda persona que, en cualquier calle o sitio público o sitio de acceso público al alcance de la vista o el oído de esa calle o sitio, ya sea desde dentro o fuera de una casa, edificio, habitación, embarcación, vehículo, etc.: a) con palabras, gestos o la exposición indecente de su persona o de cualquier otro modo, tiente o trate de tentar con fines de prostitución, o b) solicite, moleste, prevea o formule proposiciones con fines de prostitución, será castigada con pena de reclusión rigurosa durante un período que no podrá ser inferior a un año ni exceder de tres años.
Section 3 of the Suppression of Prostitution Act provides that whoever, in any public street or public place or place of public access within sight of or earshot of any such street or place, whether from within or without any house, building, room, vessel, vehicle or not, (a) by words, gestures, willful and indecent exposure of her person or otherwise, lures or attempts to lure for the purpose of prostitution or (b) solicits, molests, prevents or approaches for the purpose of prostitution shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to a period not less than one year and not more than three years.

Con respecto a los insultos proferidos contra niños, en el artículo 619 de la Ley referente al Código Penal Islámico se establece que "toda persona que, en lugares públicos o en la vía pública, moleste a niños o mujeres, o menoscabe de palabra o de hecho el honor y respeto de la persona insultada será condenada a prisión por el término de dos a seis meses y será castigada con (74) azotes".
754. Regarding insult to children, article 619 of law concerning the Islamic Penal Code says: "any person who in public places or in streets molests children or women or by uttering the word and actions oppose to the prestige and respect of the insult to them will be condemned to imprisonment from two months up to six months and (74) lashes".
iv) Artículo 276: "Toda persona que, sin justificación o razón legítima, hostigue deliberadamente a un grupo de personas legítimamente reunidas para celebrar ritos religiosos, se burle de la celebración de dichos ritos, perturbe la celebración o moleste a cualquier persona que legítimamente celebre esos ritos religiosos comunitarios o asista a ellos, será castigada con una pena de prisión de hasta tres meses o multa de hasta 20 dinares".
(iv) Article 276: “Anyone who, without justification or legitimate reason, wilfully harasses a group of persons lawfully gathered together to celebrate religious rites, derides their celebration of such rites, causes a disturbance during the celebration or molests any person legally celebrating or attending such communal religious rites shall be punished by a penalty of up to three months' imprisonment or a fine of up to 20 dinars.”
