On 12 March 2008, the Russian General Prosecutor's Office was asked to extradite the said person to be subject to criminal liability for committing the crime stipulated in Art. 165 para. (2) letter d) - Trafficking in Human Beings, and Art. 113/1 of Criminal Code (Criminal Code of 1961) - Trafficking in Children, on the grounds that in 2002, together with Gabura I., she recruited Balcan A. and her minor children R.V., born 1993 and R.V., born 1997, by deceit, in view of exploiting by force their work in conditions similar to slavery, and organized their transportation to Poland where Balcan A. and her daughter R.V. were forced to beg, while R. Victor was transported to another city of Poland where, in conditions similar to slavery, he was forced to beg for 3 years.
Le 12 mars 2008, le Bureau du Procureur général russe a reçu une demande d'extradition de ladite personne inculpée d'une infraction tombant sous le coup de l'alinéa d du paragraphe 2 de l'article 165 (Traite d'êtres humains), et de l'article 1131 du Code pénal (Code pénal de 1961) (Trafic d'enfants), au motif qu'en 2002, avec Gabura I., elle avait recruté Balcan A. et ses enfants mineurs R.V., né en 1993 et R.V., née en 1997, par tromperie, en vue de les exploiter par le travail dans des conditions proches de l'esclavage, et organisé leur transfert en Pologne où Balcan A. et sa fille R.V. ont été contraintes à la mendicité tandis que R. Victor était emmené dans une autre ville polonaise où il a été forcé de mendier pendant trois ans dans des conditions proches de l'esclavage.
