Den los pasos necesarios para homogeneizar las denominaciones de las tasas y tarifas de los puertos que se mencionan en sus normas y reglamentos con las que aparecen en la estructura unificada de tasas y tarifas de los puertos marítimos árabes, aprobada por el Consejo Económico y Social y el Consejo de Ministros Árabes de Transportes (conforme a sus resoluciones 1473 y 214), y también para introducir el sistema de ventanilla única en sus accesos con el objetivo de facilitar y aumentar la eficiencia del comercio árabe;
