As a result of its deliberations, the Committee decided to invite the Working Group on EIA and SEA, in consultation with the Bureau, to consider establishing an ad hoc group to prepare proposals for the consideration of the MOP at its sixth session regarding the implementation of the Convention by Armenia and Azerbaijan, including notably the designation of an intermediary and the use of new communication technologies to assist both Parties in implementing the Convention regarding the construction of the Metsamor NPP.
