6. In accordance with decision 2004/1, Parties are required and other UNECE countries are invited to submit up-to-date information on their implementation of the Convention in the form of: a full report, based on the attached reporting format; or an update indicating the changes from the previous report; or a communication that no change occurred in the current reporting period.
