The Law of the Republic of Armenia adopted in 2002 "On allocating to refugees with the right to ownership the apartments built for refugees exiled from the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1988-1992" regulates the relations pertaining to the allocation to refugees with the right to ownership of the apartments in residential buildings and the cottage-type houses (hereinafter referred to as "apartments") constructed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia through the funding received from the state budget of the Republic of Armenia, as well as from foreign countries and international organisations for the refugees exiled from the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1988-1992, including for those of them having received citizenship of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as "refugees").

Принятый в 2002 году Закон Республики Армения "О предоставлении беженцам на праве собственности квартир, построенных для беженцев, насильственно переселенных из Азербайджанской Республики в 1988 - 1992 годах", регулирует отношения, связанные с предоставлением беженцам на правах собственности квартир в жилых зданиях и домах коттеджного типа (далее именуемых "квартиры"), построенных на территории Республики Армения на средства из государственного бюджета Республики Армения, а также иностранных государств и международных организаций для беженцев, насильственно переселенных из Азербайджанской Республики в 1988 - 1992 годах, включая тех из них, кто получил гражданство Республики Армения (далее именуемых "беженцы").
