Article 16 of the Law on the Assessment of the Impacts on the Environment from Certain Plans and Programmes (102(I)/2005) provides that in accordance with the provisions of Law 119(I)/2004 every public business, local authority or government service that holds information which could be considered relevant or necessary for the preparation or evaluation of an impact study is obliged to make such information available to the relevant authority, if this information is requested, unless it is considered to be of a confidential nature according to legislation.
