In accordance with article 30 of the Convention, either the relatives of a person who has reportedly been enforcedly disappeared, their legal representatives, their counsel or any other person authorized by them, as well as any other person having a legitimate interest, may submit to the Committee a request that a person be sought and found as a matter of urgency.
