To request the secretariat to write further letters to the Governments of Liberia, Senegal and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia indicating that, as the Commission has completed the processing of claims, it is now giving greater priority to issues relating to the payment of claims, and reiterating the Governing Council's concern regarding the respective Governments' non-compliance with the requirements of decisions 18 and 48; to indicate in the letter to the Government of Liberia that the Governing Council notes that the Government of Liberia has not responded to previous invitations to attend the Governing Council, and the Council would appreciate its presence at either an informal meeting or at the next session; to provide an update on this matter at an informal meeting of the Working Group; and to keep this issue on the agenda of the Governing Council.
