Along with the diversity in teaching methods, the ways in which students may complete the courses vary (Chapters 4.1-4.3 of the (Opetusjärjestelyt (teaching arrangements) guide A common way to complete a lecture course is to take 1-2 course exams and to complete other assignments announced during the course. Most courses can also be completed by an alternative separate exam that is independent of the classroom teaching.

Luentokurssin yleinen suoritustapa on osallistua kurssin aikana 1-2 kurssikokeeseen ja tehdä muut kurssille ilmoitetut tehtävät.
