202. The representative of Austria presented a report on the Institute of the Military Geosystem (E/CONF.91/L.63). The structure and tasks of this Institute, which was attached to the National Defence were outlined.

Fortescue of the Satellite Applications Centre of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research of South Africa; "Very high resolution data and geographic information systems as effective tools for controlling the planned land use", by H. Lopez of Geosystems; and "Spot 5: a new strategy for social and economic development", by Y. Béchacq of Spot Image.
