Paragraph 2 has been repealed by Decree No. 188/96. If the application concerns registration of a trademark that consists of a figure or of a word, letter, numeral or combination thereof with special typography, the application shall be accompanied by ten copies of reproducible representations of the mark copied on archive-quality paper, of a maximum size of 8 x 8 cm.
