11. Al Comité le preocupa el hecho de que, al parecer, los salarios fijados en algunos convenios colectivos sean muy inferiores al salario medio neto en el mercado de trabajo, sin a veces llegar siquiera al 50% de éste.
11. The Committee is concerned about the fact that the wages fixed in certain collective agreements reportedly fall far below, and sometimes do not even reach, 50 per cent of the average net wage in the labour market.

453. La supervisión y vigilancia del goce efectivo del derecho a los salarios fijados por las tres vías mencionadas, corresponde al cuerpo de Inspectores del Ministerio de Trabajo quienes también proceden en el accionar ante los tribunales de justicia contra todas las infracciones que los empleadores cometan, en transgresión del derecho al salario mínimo.
453. Responsibility for supervision and monitoring the effective enjoyment of the right to wages fixed by the three means mentioned falls to the Ministry of Labour’s inspection team which also takes action in the courts against any breaches committed by employers of the right to a minimum wage.
