The Regulation (EC) No 2252/2004 of 13 December 2004 "on standards for security features and biometrics in passports and travel documents issued by Member States" adopted by the Council of the European Union refers to the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization, which indicates that "the full-face frontal pose shall be in focus from the crown (top of the head ignoring any hair) to the chin and from the nose to the ears".
В Регламенте (ЕС) № 2252/2004 от 13 декабря 2004 года "О стандартах, касающихся элементов безопасности и биометрических данных в паспортах и проездных документах, выданных государствами-членами", принятом Советом Европейского союза, содержится ссылка на правила Международной организации гражданской авиации, согласно которым "фронтальная поза полного лица должна быть в фокусе от макушки (верхняя часть головы без учета волос) до подбородка и от носа до ушей".
