7. The public authorities should give the public access to the relevant information for examination by publicly disclosing this information at governmental or public libraries at national, regional and/or local level in the proximity of the contained-use facilities or the site(s) where the deliberate release of GMOs into the environment will take place, and/or by posting the relevant information on their (official) Internet site.

Les autorités publiques devraient faire en sorte que le public puisse consulter les informations pertinentes en mettant cellesci à sa disposition dans les bibliothèques gouvernementales ou publiques aux niveaux national, régional et/ou local, à proximité des installations appelées à servir de cadre à l'utilisation confinée d'OGM ou du site ou des sites où aura lieu la dissémination volontaire d'OGM dans l'environnement et/ou en les affichant sur leur site Internet (officiel).

3. The public authorities can inform the public about the proposed activity with GMOs through a notice in the official government gazette and/or in appropriate national, regional and/or local newspapers, and/or through a notice on its (official) Internet site and/or at the town hall of the municipality in the proximity of the facilities or site(s) where the proposed activity with GMOs will take place.

Les autorités publiques peuvent informer le public du projet d'activité mettant en jeu des OGM en publiant un avis au journal officiel et/ou dans les journaux nationaux, régionaux et/ou locaux appropriés, et/ou en affichant un avis sur leur site Internet (officiel) et/ou à la mairie de la commune située à proximité des installations ou du site ou des sites où l'activité mettant en jeu des OGM sera entreprise.
