27. The Working Party endorsed the decisions of the Working Party SC.3/WP.3 with regard to further amendment of the annex (TRANS/SC.3/WP.3/42, paras. 4-8 and annex) and, in particular, took note of the texts of draft amended chapters 11bis and 13 submitted by the Ad hoc group for consideration and approval by the Working Party SC.3/WP.3 (TRANS/SC.3/WP.3/AC.2/2001/1) and reminded Governments and river commissions to transmit to the secretariat, by 31 November 2001 at the latest, their comments and proposals on the above-mentioned draft amended chapters for consideration by the Working Party SC.3/WP.3 at its twenty-third session (19-21 March 2002).
27. Le Groupe de travail a approuvé les décisions du Groupe de travail SC.3/WP.3 en ce qui concerne les amendements ultérieurs à l'annexe (TRANS/SC.3/WP.3/42, par. 4 à 8 et annexe) et il a en particulier pris note des textes des projets de chapitres amendés 11 bis et 13 soumis par le groupe spécial pour examen et approbation par le Groupe de travail SC.3/WP.3 (document TRANS/SC.3/WP.3/AC.2/2001/1) et il a rappelé aux gouvernements et commissions fluviales qu'ils devraient envoyer au secrétariat au plus tard le 31 novembre 2001 leurs observations et propositions sur les projets de chapitres amendés précités, pour examen par le Groupe de travail SC.3/WP.3 à sa vingttroisième session (1921 mars 2002).
