(e) The Act places no restrictions on trade—union activity other than the obligation to comply with the provisions of the law, not to take any decision or engage in any act which would constitute a legally designated offence, such as incitement to hatred, contempt or overthrow of the system of government, not to abandon work or use force, violence, terrorism or threats and not to violate the rights of others to work, to employ or refrain from employing any person or to join an association (art. 70).
