This efforts includes: (a) 38 training workshops in 19 cities for 1 457 participants; (b) discussion forum for members of the National Committee with the coordinator for Latin America of ECPAT International, a network of organizations and individuals working together to eliminate child prostitution, child pornography and trafficking of children for sexual purposes, on commercial sexual exploitation in travel and tourism, violence in new technologies and experience with airline campaigns; (c) three workshops with the participation of 70 people from government and nongovernmental agencies, on teaching strategies for the prevention of CSEC in the tourism and hotel sector, transport and education, with the technical support of ILO, which provided training materials to the participants.
